the Light can shine in us the same.
The light of a candle will glow in the dark,
the Light of our life will glow in the heart.

The poem that you just read above, my husband and I wrote
together when we started our candle business back
in 1989. We started our business with only a
day and a half of candle lesson from someone in
the candle business in Pidgeon Forge, TN. I was
taught a simple quick lesson of taking molten hot
paraffin wax and making a wax form that we called
a candle core. Using the wax core I was taught
that it could be dipped a number of times and
cut into a number of beautiful cuts. Soon
within a few minutes this form of artwork
gave us a love for making a candle that many customers
loved. “People are the heart of our business”

They were so happy to purchase what I made, as it came
from our heart of satisfaction of pleasing another person.

Along with our love for knowing that customers
would have satisfaction in knowing that they were
purchasing quality candles, we started our retail
business with other well known quality brands of candles
made here in the United States.
